OWL Announces A Special Board Meeting

At our October board meeting OWL will be inviting:

D. Haywood Attorney at law. 

Mr. Haywood practices extensively in the areas of natural resources, water and riparian law, including waterfront, wetlands and flood plain issues, as well as other land use and environmental issues.

Mr. Haywood represents a wide range of clients throughout the State of Michigan, including development enterprises, riparian property owners, marinas, lake associations, environmental groups, and municipalities.

Mr. Haywood has been retained by OWL to answer a list of questions that include riparian rights and responsibilities, lake management and conservation issues.  These questions will be detailed in the upcoming Hooter.

As with all of OWL's board meetings this one is open to our members.  It will be held on 09 October 2002 at 7:30 PM in the downstairs level of the Brighton Township Hall.  Please come and get the answers to these and other pressing questions first hand!
